Cloudlet Shield is built to collect only limited information needed to deliver, maintain, safeguard, and improve the app. Vi Vin limited does not sell personal information. We do not create profiles based on your browsing history, DNS requests, traffic destinations, or the content carried through Cloudlet Shield.

We may receive information you decide to provide, such as your name, email address, support message, attachments, survey answers, and anything else you include when you contact us.

This policy does not cover in-app subscriptions, paid trials, or purchases processed directly by Cloudlet Shield because the app does not offer those transactions.

Cloudlet Shield is designed as a privacy-focused VPN and proxy. We do not retain records of sites you visit, content you transmit, DNS queries you make, or destinations your traffic reaches through the service.

We may process a small amount of operational information that is not intended to reveal your browsing:

• App version, operating platform, language, and basic device environment used for diagnostics.
• Whether a connection succeeds or fails, without retaining browsing content.
• Your chosen server region or location, without recording outgoing IP addresses as activity logs.
• Combined bandwidth totals used for service quality, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
• Crash and diagnostic events when enabled by your settings and permitted under applicable law.

We may use collected information for the following purposes:

• Delivering, running, maintaining, and protecting Cloudlet Shield.
• Confirming access to the service, rewards, or other service entitlements.
• Answering support requests and sending messages related to the service.
• Examining crashes, connection failures, performance problems, and patterns of misuse.
• Making the app more reliable, faster, easier to use, and better designed.
• Finding, preventing, and investigating fraud, spam, abuse, and security events.
• Meeting legal duties and responding to requests that are legally enforceable.

We may work with vendors that support Cloudlet Shield through hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, customer care, security, infrastructure, and similar services. They may process information only to the extent needed to perform those services.

Information may also be disclosed:

• When you consent to the disclosure or direct us to make it.
• In combined or de-identified form that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
• To follow applicable law, valid legal procedures, or enforceable government demands.
• To defend rights, safety, security, property, or the integrity of Cloudlet Shield.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or transfer of assets.

Cloudlet Shield displays advertising to support the service. Advertising providers may use identifiers, cookies, SDKs, pixels, and related technology to deliver ads, measure them, control how often they appear, and improve their performance.

We do not target ads using browsing content transmitted through Cloudlet Shield. Advertising and analytics providers may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. Where your device provides the option, system settings let you reset or restrict advertising identifiers.

Vi Vin limited reviews requests for user information before providing a response and may inform affected users when the law allows. Since Cloudlet Shield is designed not to retain activity logs, we may not possess the browsing history, traffic content, DNS queries, or comparable activity records requested by another party.

We retain information for the time necessary to provide Cloudlet Shield, satisfy legal requirements, settle disputes, deter abuse, enforce agreements, maintain business records, and support fraud or security investigations.

Once information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible, such as within backups or disaster-recovery systems, we remove it from active use until it can be deleted.

We apply administrative, organizational, and technical controls intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or loss. Information is available only to personnel and service providers who need it to perform their duties.

Complete security cannot be guaranteed by any online service. Please contact us without delay if you believe an interaction with Cloudlet Shield is no longer secure.

Cloudlet Shield may contain links, SDKs, or integrations provided by third parties. Their own policies govern how they handle privacy. We recommend reading those policies before using any third-party service.

We do not intentionally collect personal information from children below the age set by applicable law. If you think a child has provided us with personal information, email vivin.limited.official@gmail.com so we can take suitable action.

Your location may give you the right to access, correct, erase, or export personal information, or to restrict or object to certain uses of it. You may also have the right to withdraw consent when processing relies on your consent.

Where local privacy law recognizes these rights, our reasons for processing may include fulfilling a contract, pursuing legitimate interests, obtaining consent, and complying with legal duties.

We may amend this Privacy Policy occasionally. When a revision is material, we may provide notice through the app, our website, email, or another reasonable channel.
